HAHA I have no problem with FLS... Just prefer Acid Pro 6 is all...

But yeah... All you gotta do is add a new channel to the list on the left, and when adding the new channel, just select the Triangle II VSTi, and if it's not appearing, which it sounds like it at least is, just hit refresh and get it to show...

...Anyways... Add it as a channel and using your keyboard as The Keyboard you should be able to test out the different notes, or right click the channel and open up the piano roll and draw in something for you to playback and loop while tweaking the sound you want in Triangle II...

If Triangle II has presets, pick one of those out so you can play with the knobs and see what they do to that preset to really learn the VSTi...
