Whenever I try to do a Sim OR play on Resonance, it automatically plays this song

No matter what I do, I cannot get anything to work on Resonance, nor can I play any Sims. Can anyone tell me what the problem is, and maybe how I can solve it? Sorry if someone's already reported this.
