When you want to report someone for something you think is against the rules, you do it via private message to a mod or admin depending on the potential issue involved. You -don't- post a random accusation publically into chat. Reporting someone publically as a cheater is clearly an attempt to damage their reputation and get them in trouble.

If it turns out that what you are reporting them for isn't actually against the rules, you've made yourself look like a total jerk, you've potentailly caused the accused trouble for no reason, and made a public spectacle of something that should be private.

If it turns out that what you are reporting -is- against the rules, while you may have done your job narcing them out to the authorities, you should still have done so privately instead of in a forum thread.

(As an aside, I am almost 100% positive that the injunction against telling people token locations is against telling them -publically- how to find them. Very notable people have explicitly stated in forum threads "If you PM me, I'll tell you how to get the tokens" and none of them have gotten into any trouble for it.

I suspect this is so that people who -do- want to try and actually earn the tokens themselves won't be spoiled on how to get them by stumbling on links and directions in threads, and to make it so people aren't constantly spamming up the forum asking publically how to get all the tokens)

You know, by the language the person used in the PM, it sounds like our reporter here was asking how to get tokens and the guy was helpfully providing the link.
