    Super joy box pro. You can find them at playasia.com for about $8 + $3 shipping if you use regular shipping. I personally use it for all types of my controllers e.g beatmania, ddr, regular and i have never had delay.

        I bought a trio linker plus from Playasia. It works just fine, but you have to go into your stepmania>data>stepmania and change the globaloffset to -0.0175 or something because it has a slight lag to it. It works with gamecube, dreamcast, and ps2 controllers. Plugs in USB ports.
