CamStudio is pretty good, and it lets you put text in there if you do it right. I use it, but it does lag pretty bad when a lot of arrows show up at once.

I tried cam studio and I was satisfied. However, the quality diminishes when you upload it on Youtube. Here's the result:
Note that i didn't remove the cursor upon removing but you can.

I get my camera program from Creative and connect it, then afterwards place up the program, select quick capture and go to video, I place my camera on my nintendo DS. XD just so I can get a good angle.
