    The Psychology of an Organization

    I don't wanna turn this into a huge deal or essay, but I'd still like to put this out there.
    How come the bigger an organization gets, the less they seem to care about quality or customers, and the less communication you recieve?

      The larger a corporation gets, they obviously have more customers/clients, which means they have more revenue, and less need to care for individual clients. Basically they can afford to lose you as a customer, as most major large companies are growing.
