There really isn't a good place to download per se in my opinion. You just have to luck out and find them from time to time or signup for a site that has them. If you search for "video" in the FFR sim database, you'll find some files that include bg movies that you can add to your random movie collection. I noticed http://zenius-i-vanisher.com/v3/simfiles.php added a download section for BG movies (mostly those from DDR Extreme 2). The only problem / benefit is that those files are not chopped up. You have to go into the data folder and change the game prefs so only one random movie is displayed during gameplay if you want to use those effectively, or put them in some video editing software and chop them up. If you just toss them in the random movie folder, you'll just be seeing the open parts of each one for a couple seconds before it jumps to another.
