First you need to make the background and the banner,

BEST! to save them as a .png

Then when your finished doing that save all of the files on to your desktop, MAKE SURE ALL OF THEM .PNG

Then go to,

My Computer , C: or Hard Drive name , Program Files , Stepmania , Songs , The Pack File Name , Your Song , Then drag all of the bg bn and cd title to your sim folder..

If it doesnt show just do this ,

In stepmania go to options and i think at the way bottem

Reload songs , then check and WA LA there you go.
