just wondering how did shashs ffr average fo down and how come the highest average rank only 2.9 something i thought that the average rank was based off how good you did personally compared to other players if it isnt what is it based on? 0_o

Average rank is determined by adding all your ranks from every song and dividing it by the number of songs.
Shash has AAAd all but a few songs but he does have ranks like 2, 2, 3, 5, etc.
This means that his average rank would be 1.07 or something
You must be rank 1 on EVERY song to have an average rank of 1
He has an average rank of 74 right now because he hasnt played newly released songs I think so the rank is very high which kills his average rank
