    Eragon

I've watched that movie three times in the past five days. It's a really good movie despite how much it deviates from the book.

Not that good to me. A little complicating.

Why only make a thread of this now? This movie would have been popular last year!

I've read Eragon and Eldest but never went to see the movie. Is the third one out yet? I feel like I've been waiting for years.

Wow, are you serious? Eragon was the most disappointing movie and one of the worst movies I've ever seen. I'm kind of a tough movie critic I guess, I didn't like Harry Potter 5 either but they should have put so much more money into Eragon. This is basically what the movie was like:

Hey I'm Eragon lol -> Omg Saphira -> trasform Saphira lol -> oh hey brom lol I gotta be a hero ok lol -> Ohey Murtagh -> Eew it's a shade -> Omg Brom died -> Hey Ajihad -> Hey Arya (wait wtf she's supposed to be an elf) -> HOLY **** FINAL SHOWDOWN! -> we won lol

            Re: Eragon

I was disappointed, BIG TIME. It's like Hollywood decided to make it look really cool, rather than focus on the story. I especially loathed:

-Saphira growing up in 10 seconds, rather than a few months.

            -Final fight scene. TOTALLY DIFFERENT.

-Eragon didn't go with Arya at the end. If a sequel is made, it looks like the training gets skipped.

-Dramatic scene of Galbatorix revealing his dragon, who doesn't even show up in Eldest.
Might still watch the sequel, but I'll wait for the DVD.
