Overall I thought it was really good, had a great plot, well developed/directed.
Only part that grinded my gears is that they didn't name the autobots/deceptacons by their actual names from the show and Megatron is a tank but in the movie they portrayed him as a jet.
My point I'm driving at is, movies that are based on a show can't have every single detail and piece of information that was in the show otherwise it wouldn't be a good movie at all.
In conclusion, the Transformers movie was very original, had a neat style, and showed an excellent display of action, comedy, and drama. I'd say it was worth seeing
Well, I wonder what the sequal will be like. Starscream will return, and we do need to know what happens to him. maybe the next movie will be about the mystery of Cybertron or Unicron.

The Transformers movie was awesome but the ending song wasn't crappy! It was Linkin Park What I've Done and Linkin Park's not such a bad band. The movie's cool with action and humor in it.
Transformers REALLY surprised me. A while ago, I saw the trailer on TV and was like, "Oh, it's just going to be another kiddie movie based off of some American cartoon," but BOY WAS I WRONG! My friends all watched it and told me it was amazing, so I went to see for myself. And I'm really glad that I did. The movie basically surprised all my friends and I. The animation was great, and so was the story. I definitely want to watch this movie again.
I agree. The movie was excellent, but the sequel would just be OK.
UNLESS instead of having a battle with eh around 10 transformers and army and such, I think it would be much cooler with a giant apocalyptic battle of the universe
