What time to the skill tokens generally come out?

Sorry, I know this is kinda pointless, but I have to go to bed soon considering it's 11:00 here in Germany so about what time to the skill tokens come out daily? It's like 3:00 eastern in the U.S., and there has been no new skill tokens today, so yeah, thanks

I think the average time is around 1:00 PM Eastern time.

I am pretty sure they are working hard on releasing this token, maybe some extended testing or debugging before its release.

We have had some complaints about the anti-skill tokens so we are taking part of today to re-organize our release schedule. Today's tokens will most likely be released tonight when Tass gets online.
