    iPhone

    me bday is coming (Aug. 1) and im worndering, should i get an iphone or something else. if you have one, i have a few questions
    1:do you need an access point to get online?
    2:does it have the voice memo feature?
    3(internet) on youtube, can you watch vids?
    4:does it have any type of messanger?
    5:cost?

                  first real answer:

                  the iphone sucks...dont get it. they dont let you go to all sites...umm...i dont think you can watch videos on youtube. it might have a voice memo feature. i dont think it has messenger. it cost more than you think ^^

                              i have one and u can go to any site u want, the youtube feature is nice but i doesnt have flash capabilty so no ffr. Its costly but its like everything u ant in ur pockets o who cares. No messenger but the Txting is awesome. even calling people is cool. the coolest thing on the phone is the ipod cover flip feature imo but thats just becuase im sexy.

                                  The iphone is sweet but at $600, it is a waste of money. Get a ipod or a laptop or even a wii or PS3! You will save money and also Sony droped the PS3's price $100! Life is good!

                                      The iPhone isn't really worth it. It's $600 to buy it at the store, and then it's an additional $60 a month for the internet and phone service. To me, that just sounds like a flat out rip off.

                                          Yeah, but who need's the PS3 when you have a PC? PS3 is also a waste of money, price drop or not. Wii and Xbox 360 is the way to go.

                                          On topic: I heard many good things about the iPhone. I might think about getting one, but I'll just stick to my old phone for now. I might buy it for the Christmas holidays though.

                                              I wouldn't think so. The whole thing seems like a perfect example of Apple's latest scheme: sell you stuff that is promoted to be amazing, but mediocre when compared with similar products from more obscure companies.

                                              I'm sure you can find a better alternative.
