the pad works, but it isn't picking up well. I plugged it into my friend's ps2 tho and it worked perfectly, even better than perfect. Anyone know how to make it more sensitive or if theres anything u need to do to make it work w/ the usb adapter?

You're comp is prolly too slow. Also USB normlaly has a .3 second delay which is rather gay. If oyu ahve a USB mouse just move it fast and see its reaction time.

USB is like the fastest port on your computer unless you have firewire
masterphred, the problem is likely the adapter that you're using. I am playing with EMS USB Adapter and it works great.
What is your adapter type?
Did you install drivers ot it worked without it?
And most important, does your pad include lights leds?
