    Lost all of my credits???

    I played for about 3 hours to accumulate 500 credits, and when I tried to buy Neomax, I got an error something along the lines of "your account probably has not been debited, please contact administrator", then 500 of my credits disappeared.


    EDIT--- Also, I did not get the song that I purchased, either... any ideas?

      Aww.. sorry dude that happened to me too (except in a different way). Mine just went BYE BYE and left..., but we can't do anything until an admin reads your thread, my thread, and any others that have problems like this... all I can recommend is to try to refresh your cache which I can't find the thread for (it's fairly easy to find). Refreshing my cache didn't help me, but it might help you. Good Luck!

                  Okay, so thank you admin for fixing my credits.. now the only problem is I cannot buy songs... it says "There has been an error purchasing the song. Probably, your account has not been debited. Please contact the admin."
                  I haven't slept for ten days... because that would be too long.

                      are you behind a firewall? also try clearing your cache, try a different browser. and lastly, try a different computer/internet connection.

                      my 1st guess on that issue has always been firewall related.

                              Wow, I'm surprised other people have had this problem. I've actually recently lost close to 6,000 of my credits...

                              at first, I thought it may have been my own fault, leaving my account logged in at a school computer, and maybe somebody stole all of them. I seriously doubted it though, as not that many people play FFR at my school, plus what would the chances be that they'd use that EXACT comp to play FFR with?

                              Anyways, I put it out of my mind, knowing they were just FFR creds and could easily be re-attained. However, now that I see other people have been having this "vanishing cred" glich, maybe this same problem happened to me? If so, I'd def appreciate someone getting back to me about the issue... I miss my MAXForever song
