How come it says my songs have no SM/DWI file when i Upload

There is SM/DWI files in the zip, and the zip has them in it when you download the song, but when i upload, it says there isn't a SM or DWI file in the zip and you can't listen to the song beforehand. Help me out here. Is it the sites fault?
