    New scam you must know about and be careful!!! PLease read this!

    Hey everyone....i got an email about the 809 area code scam sent from AT&T. If you answer the call they charge you 2000 dollars a MINUTE. They tell you someone has been seriously injured or something happened in your family. They can also tell you that you won something. Please just be careful and if you have anymore questions or think im lieing to you....look it up on google or got to AT&T's website. Please be careful!

      Thanks for the info, googling now.

      Though I get so many 800 number calls to my house I don't even bother to get up anymore to answer the home phone, might as well not even have it.

              No it can go up to 2k a min. This scam is years old I was told about it 1 1/2 years ago in my comp app 2 class.
