clearing your cache seems to solve all of your problems...but a lot of times it doesnt lol
just contact an admin like it says to i guess

check your firewall settings. that could be causing it.

I had the same problem at first, but that was when I was running Opera. Once I switched to Firefox it started to work fine. So you might want to try another browser?
