    Cash Cab

    What an interesting game show. Then again, I like almost all game shows.

    This one features general knowledge trivia questions during taxi rides through NYC.

    I can't explain why I like it so much, but I do. Such a fun game.

    It's currently on Discovery Channel every day at 5 and 5:30, and it's getting a primetime slot Wednesday nights at 10 next week.

          What I think is most unique is that Ben just hands them the money flat-out. There's no backstage checks or whatever. It's just cash.

              I love this show.
              And so does my dad, but, well.. ever since my TV got taken away, I haven't watched it.

              My favorite part is when the dumb people get kicked out.

                  Probably my favorite gameshow. Wins for most unique.

                      yeah...Cash Cab is a creative show.

                              I wish they had this at night (I've only seen a few clips and they were all during the day) just because I would like to see some drunk people playing. It was pretty interesting but I got distracted by the commercials and had to change the channel.

                                      Psycho: If you watched the post-game, it says there is a screening system. Of course, some people might not want to play, and there are some people not worth showing.

                                      There are night episodes though. I'd say about a fourth of all runs take place at night.

                                      Most I've seen so far was this group of three 20-somethings with only 2 competent ones who won 2,600 dollars after a successful double or nothing.

                                      Also, it seems there are some base rules that take place before he leaves. Maybe a waiver, maybe some ground rules, etc. Because it seems that the passenger-side seat always has the official answer, and in more than one occasion, I've heard the driver side say "you have to be the one to answer".

                                      Another thing, I don't think it's fair when there are 2 or 3 people in the cab versus just one person. Either the questions should be harder for groups or the money should be lessened.

                                          Lol, I used to watch this show ALL THE TIME. But now I haven't seen it on recently. Gah, such an awesome show, I like how they always have (a) car(s) following it. I wonder how much money they spend on gas lol.

                                                  it's the only gameshow i can watch because it is on the
                                                  discovery channel instead of gameshow network, which i don't get.

                                                      But yeah, definitely good show as far as this type of show goes. Then again, if I'm in the mood for this kind of thing, I'd probably be more inclined to want to watch Jeopardy.
