    i really wanna download SM

    yeah, i really do
    but im afraid my parents will get all pissed at me for downloading something
    im also afraid that this will screw up my computer, even though it is a 3-year old computer (dell, windows xp)
    does anything with it screw up your computer???? do you think i should download it????

      It's not a virus if that's what you mean. It does make your computer laggy when you have it up, though (for me at least).

          it wont screw anything up, but if you have a slow comp(such as hoochan) then it'll just lag..so YES, download it

                          you really shouldn't worry about it anyway, my lil bro downloaded a bunch of games onto the computer, hes same age as you

                          if just installing stepmania makes your computer run super slow, you should purposly break it so your parents buy a new one, cause that just really bad

                                      Classic example right here of over protective parents.

                                      Some parents think ANYTHING there kid might download will completely wreck the computer. Seems like you might have those kind of parents (dad used to be like that, don't live with him anymore though). If it had a virus or it was something that could ruin your computer, not so many people would be using it.

                                                      Just secretly download it when your parents aren't watching you and just hide it in a random folder, etc. and play it when your parents aren't home. But that can happen if your parents don't go out a lot. =/
