Hit the arrows when they get to the top.

Use a higher speedmod, try different perspective mods and see if they help, ummm it's really a timing thing... just be on beat.
Playing harder stuff will help out your FA, since you'll be able to comprehend more complex patterns easy ones will become easy to time.
