there is an error when i go to get a song it says "your account must not have been debited" and i keep trying to buy it and it doesn't work. i have 300 or so credits and want to buy a song that costs 200...how come it won't work?

Please check that you do not have outstanding challenges awaiting acceptance. If you do, just wait out the challenge and you should be able to buy it.Comment

That shouldn't matter, as the credits are not deducted from your account as soon as you make the challenge. Another bit of advice: Use Internet Explorer if you aren't.

No, actually, I use FF. It's just that FFR has a lot fewer bugs in IE, so it's what people should use to play FFR, and FF for everything else.Comment
