    Good Program For Creating Simfile banners and backgrounds.

    Can someone post a link to a place where I can download a program that will allow me to easily create my own banners for my simfiles? I really hate stealing other people's banners, even if I do give them credit. IT HAS TO BE FREE!

                                  Or you could always download Photoshop illegally. :/

                                  It's probably the best program you could use to make decent banners and backgrounds for your sims.
