The easiest finger pattern is spread. You'll need to download AutoHotKey (google it) to use it though, then you can use whatever keys you want, and try to find the ones that are the most comfortable for you.

what he said ^^ and for me i use the A,S,K,L keys using Hotkeys =)

Or if you are lazy from me you can use <, v with your left hand on the arrow pad using your middle and index finger. Then put the middle and index fingers of your right hand on 8 and 6 on the number pad.
