If you mean create, your own banner, I can't help you. If you mean, make an already made banner appear, just move the banner into the folder of the song. I hope I can be of assistance to you.

Moving the banner to the song folder is part of it. You also have to make sure that your .sm file have the name of the banner in the appropriate file extension.
Ex: Say your song is Air, and you have the banner [named Air-bn, format being png, which is Air-bn.png] outside of the song folder. Put the banner in the song folder. Then, open the .sm file. Find the #BANNER tag, and after the colon ( : ), you would type Air-bn.png.
