Re: apple?
I have no experience with Mac music programs, but 4ERO here uses Garageband (I think) and he makes some pretty cool tunes.
How experienced are you with computer music? -
Re: apple?
I was thinking about getting a MacBook pretty soon also. My school has them and the editing software for music/video is great.
But if you plan on recording video/music onto there, the recording software is less than perfect. For that you might need to spend a little extra money.
They're about $1099, so that's a pretty average price. I would look into it if I were you. Look around the reviews by the experts. If you like what you see, go for it.
I support using the Edit Button. You should too.Comment

Re: apple?
i am very expierienced with garage band (not that impressive) but i have never used logic, which i heard is many times better than GB. i looked at the discription on apple.com and it seemed all right, but the discriptions for other stuff on that sight didnt say half the stuff that the products were actually capable of. their more just trying to advertize to the average joe. hence y i am trying to get the opinion of such suffisticated and knowlegeble people like you (wink)
edit- in a week or so ill submit my latest GB work, probably some of my best work.Comment
