The interview actually says about one of the spin offs of the FFXIII world being multiplatform.
Nothing has been said about the main game although it isn't impossible in the future i suppose.Comment

Thank you and the rest of the world needs to get that into their minds. IT HAS NOT BEEN SAID THAT FFXIII IS MULITPLATFORM. All the interview said is that the PROJECT would be multiplatform meaning Versus and the mobile phone games.

They have still allowed microsoft a foot in the door to the next gen FF series. I'm guessing the game which is going microsoft is going to be FFXII Versus which isn't anything to be sad about. Seeing as it's still made by the FF and KH group.
Although the fact that they are all connected in some way seems to suggest it wouldn't make sense to only release half the series to one console. So i dunno maybe sometime after the PS3 launch or even a long time after, I imagine it will come eventually.Comment

As you can plainly see that the PS3 is losing all of its featured and exclusive games to Microsoft and Nintendo. Square Enix is another company making a good move moving away from Sony.Comment

Mmm, I don't know if Im incredibly dissapointed in that. Im not a big fan of Microsoft though, and I do find that the Ps3 although higher in price (which will be dropping shortly by a fair amount) seems a lot smoother that the 360.
I have heard rumors that they are planing on making a Final fantasy 7 and..Im not sure weither 8 or 9 for the newer consoles...is that true?
If so, any idea on WHAT is going to be happening (FF7:After adc? Before?)
