that's one of the songs that you need a certain number of credits to unlock. you need 25,000 credits to unlock that one, sadly.

edit - the first list i gave you doesn't have any of the songs that have a requirement to unlock them, like credit requirement or token requirement.

Am I correct in assuming you're talking about the simfile database on this site? If so, Summer ~Speedy Mix~ by Smiley has a lot of sims here. Also, I think the other simfile you're looking for is "Mellow" by Spacekats? There's one so far.

Did that help, or am I way off?
