For the jumpstreamy stuff, I'd say download Kilgapack and play it in Stepmania with lower speedmods if needed. Some of them are really jumpstreamy and fun.

If you cant find songs with jacks try playing some songs with lots of 16th streams with super shuffle mode turned on. It creates many 2 or 3 arrow jacks.

Jumpstream : Silence or {Frozen}
Trills : Vertex BETA or MAX Forever

I dont really know any good jacky songs.

max forever is BY FAR the best song to work trills.... fairly low bpm, yet extremely long.

other trill songs... air has a decent 1 handed trill at 190. 20031023 has a nice trill in it near the beginning. science genius has a REALLY long, really slow trill in it about 2/3 thru...

jacks: grand gallop chromatique... for some easier jacks, try anubis or the essential. also 100 bar blackout is ALL jacks. AIM Anthem for long long long jacks.

jumpstream... silence, frozen... etude of a dragon. end night has jacks and jumpstream. UNknown Girl has a small jumpstream section near the beginning that is pretty friendly. Maple Leaf Rag is an EXCELLENT jumpstream song at a low bpm (108).

Jumpstream : hi19hi19's Destiny file for SM is pretty good to practice that.
