    Which is better, Wii or PS3?

    In my opinion the Wii is better, but I was talkin it over with some people from my school and they were saying different.

    What do you think?

    btw, im actally writing this from my wii. its so hard to play ffr lol

      i like 'em both. i spose the fact that u can buy 2 and a half wii's for the price of one ps3 is a big factor. why can't nintendo and sony, and microsoft for that matter, just get along?

              Who cares, they both have good and bads as well as the 360. Its all up to personal preference I think.

                  ps3 is better in overall stats but i think more people may think the wii is more fun

                          If Nintendo Sony, and Microsoft came together, they could make the ultimate game system.


                          Personally, I think the PS3 is stupid, mostly because it has blu-ray in it, If it didn't it would be 300$ cheaper.

                              Isn't it obvious...
                              The PS3 has next gen graphics.
                              The Wii has graphics worse than a PS2 with a contoller which has been done before and is incredibly unresponsive and has Rayman at the top of it's games chart.

                                  Um, the Wii controller has not been done before, and its only unresponsive if you are an idiot, and did not set up the sensor bar right and/or sit too close to the TV.



                                  and on other thing: GRAPHICS DO NOT MATTER

                                      rayman hasn't been at the top of the chart for yonks now, no idea what is, probabbly something like ssx blur (which for the record is an AWESOME game).

                                      I have a wii, but I'd like to point out that if i had the money id buy a 360 and then a ps3

                                      If we're just talking about ps3 and wii, although wii doesn;t have tons of amazin titles yet, the ps3 has none that are truly amazing. Motorstorm and Virtua FIghter are the best ones really and they're somewhat generic shall we say (I actually want to play motorstorm tho).

                                      The strange thing is although you might not think it with most games, it feels really good to play them with the wiimote, ssx blur is a perfect example of that and requires super human dexterity to pull off the best tricks, holding z, tilting the nunchuk and twizzling the wiimote to pull of combos and lining yourself up for the landing again, it just works..

                                      you can mull that over for a while there..

                                          I have a Wii, and I really want to get a 360, mainly for Fable 2, Portal, and TGM2.

                                              The graphics aren't worse than a PS2. They're slightly better.

                                              It's not incredibly unresponsive. Read the instruction manual and figure out how to use it correctly.

                                              Rayman is not the top of the charts. It's #6 according to GameRankings.

                                              Zelda is the top, WarioWare is second, Madden 2007 is third, Trauma Center is fourth, and The Godfather is fifth.

                                              Rounding out the rest, Rayman is sixth, Wii Sports is seventh, Elebits is eighth, Ultimate Alliance is ninth, and Excite Truck is tenth.

                                                  they're a fair bit better than the ps2's actually, the gamecube was a fair bit more powerful than the ps2 and the wii is twice as powerful as the gamecube (although it shows that devlopers are being lazy and making really bad rehashes of ps2 games and the like and porting them over onto the wii, we havn't seen anywhere near what the wii can pull off graphicwise, Zelda's the best so far and that's running on the gamecube architecture.

                                                      The graphics for Elebits are bad, but the game is amazing.
                                                      Its so fun to catch those little things running around
