Ummmm, a little more specific info please. It should record scores, ocassionly it dosen't but very rarely. Its hard to adress the problem with out info.
Just so you know, read the stickies. Also this thread should have been made in the Bug Report section of the forum, even though I doubt its a real bug.
According to your profile, you haven't played any games yet. If you have after signing up and while logged in, you should clear your cache, and I recommend using Internet Explorer if you're using Firefox or anything else.

I doubt it's a real bug aswell. I'm sure I'm either reading something wrong, or doing something wrong. I don't know. Anyways, I went into FlashFlashRevolution - Resonance, and played two songs which I passed.
It still says:
FFR Overall Rank: 0
FFR Games Played: 0
FFR Forum Post Count: 1

Sadly, I'm using Internet Explorer already. I'll try clearing cache, though.
edit---- don't have the access for clearing it, I'm on a school computer. =/
Resonance doesn't count towards overall rank, games played, etc. It is mainly to preview levels before you download them for StepMania.
The game you're looking for is here: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/FFR_the_Game.php
Ya, Resonance doesn't keep track of scores, for that matter, neither does R2 or Spin It Up, unless you get a high score. By the way, I want that dog...

Ohh.... well, thank you both, for telling me. o_o; And you can defiantley have the dog. xD
it IS possible that FFR wouldn't record scores for you... as you are on a school computer, which could have network/firewall settings set up such as to prevent your scores from being sent to the database.
