does anyone know how i can play pump exceed on my flux? do i need to get a new control box or something, because the arrows are in different places on the pad, if anyone knows and can help please tell me, it would be greatly appreciated

Doesn't work since the Pump USA games use the shoulder buttons instead of the d-pad. Until CF makes a new control box just for pump, you'll have to stick to the pads they give you.
Or use the pump mod for SM. -

Pump wont work for me. ever.
