    Would anyone be interested in starting up a new remix contest?

    I think we'd do a few things differently than the last one.

    1) Not just limit it to FL users
    2) Post a MIDI of just a melody to encourage creativity
    3) Make the melody an original melody, not just some DDR song

    Before we start this up I'd like to see how many people would be interested. Since this forum isn't very active anymore, I don't know if this would work out or not.

    Only a few people I can think of might participate (myself, sleepless, aerogroove? ipatch? shox? draigun?), and we need judges too on top of that.

    Reply if you're interested.

                          Alright cool.

                          Meno, the only condition I'm going to have for being a judge is that you should make sure you won't be biased towards a certain genre or whatever.

                                  Shox: Not entirely sure how we'd go about doing this yet, but probably I or someone else would just make an original melody then post it. But then occasionally I might cut a clip of the melody from some relatively well-known track or something and post that for a round.

                                      How about the winner of each round creates a short melody that is then the remix requirement for next round?
