    If I want to approach the "Media"...

    If I want to publicize something to the media, how would I go about doing so?

                                          The internet. Easiest way.

                                          All you have to do is get an account on freewebs, build a website in Word, upload it, put your stuff on it, advertise your website on forums (this is a perfect place), and you've just published your works.

                                          Don't forget the copyright.

                                                          If you're going to use a program to create the HTML for you, at least use a decent one, like dreamweaver. Hell, even frontpage is better than word.
