    Private Soulway

This song is based off of an earlier song Gates of Heaven and will probably replace. This song is happy dancy, some vocoded lyrics:

    standing worlds apart
    ive never felt closer
    to anybody
    than to you right now

    wont you hold me
    keep me close
    give me your love
and i will hold it dear

    give me a reason
    give me your heart
    show me a way
    to open your soul
Tell me what you think of the song thanks!

Kick could use a bit more thump. I have the same problem too, let me know why you think that is. Could just be trying to compress all of your instruments with too much level going through the compressor. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but like reduce the levels on everything and then apply compression to ramp it up. It might help your hats shine out better when you lots of layers going on.

I think your vocoder is clipping.

I thought the ending was kind of unexpected, because I REALLY REALLY wanted a return to that catchy synth string line.

I really like it though, it's SUPER catchy. The second half is my favorite part and it really makes me feel like I'm, as I said before, traveling through Tokyo with a cute(r) girl in a haze.

Oh wow, that was phenomenal. I'm hearing clipping on the snare/bass drum riff at like, 1:00, 1:24, and 2:51. Fix the clipping, and you have yourself an amazing song.

I'm still hearing slight clipping at around 1:24, but it could just be my POS headphones.
