Okay. Hopefully this will be the final post I will have to make regarding this tournament.
Instead of the tournament being held on March 3, 2007, it is being pushed back to March 10, 2007 due to a different, yet still conflicting, tournament taking place on the same day.
We have decided that the first place prizes for the DDR and In The Groove tournament will be iPod Suffles. I also believe that the second and third place prizes will be gift cards from places like Best Buy or maybe an iTunes gift card. Though, I would like you to keep in mind hat we will NOT give out cash prizes, as there are no entry fees to support that. We simply ask that if you participate in the tournament that you pay for the individual games you play.
The tournament will run from 7:00 PM until around midnight.
Judging will be on PA only and during the tournament, usage of the bar is permitted. There will and entry elimination song that will consolidate the initial number of players and final elimination song that will be played only by the two battling finalists. Both of the two elimination songs are predetermined and are to remain unknown to competitors,
All persons taking part in the tournament must be registered by 6:45 PM, March 10, 2007. To register, go to any Ryan Family Amusement Center or call for one of our attendants to register you over the phone. If you plan on taking part in the tournament, please respond to this post with a “yes” on top of registering at a center.
