              Well, it's quite simple:

              Bad porn <<<<<<<< bad Hentai <<<<<<<< good Hentai < good porn

              Bad porn refers to about 99.9% of porn out there. About 95% of Hentai is bad, though.

              When I refer to porn and Hentai, I'm talking about all subgenres, such as soft stuff, ecchi, etc.

              Good porn is a rarity, seriously.

                  People like Hentai, becuase of the colors, and because they can see people that they like and "know" (Cartoons), doing it. They also like it becuase of, stuff happens in it, that wouldnt happen in real life.

                  Also, Japanese guys like it, becuase , in japan theres such small living spaces that theyre afraid to have sex, incase someone hears. Also, they like it, because they dont need interaction with girls, if they have hentai.

                          Most normal porn sucks, though. Porn directors are usually amateurish and don't understand the qualities of porn that are required to make it good (lol guy ****s girl) and that girls doused in makeup look like prostitutes and don't look good.

                                  Its because they draw the charaters perfectly (with the bodys men/women want) with overlysized boobs and superpowers.

                                      It caters to a wider audience.

                                      Obviously, you can do much more in an animated cartoon / drawing than you can with real actors. And it costs less.

                                          Well, its already been touched on, but it can appeal to such a wider audience. With porn, you have the same thing over and over again with the same fake girls that look like crap over and again. Hentai, you can find any type that you like, whether u like smaller breats or larger, younger or older(without breaking the law mind-you) and you can find more original stuff out there. But i will agree, 99.9% of all porn, hentai or real, sucks
