      VGDC members used Photoshop, so that would be a good assumption.

        Yea, photoshop. I coulda did better on the yellow hammer though. Came out pretty jagged.

            Well, when I converted it to Jpeg, it lost quality, and thats was made the hammer all "jagged".

              If you saved it as a JPEG in MS Paint - Bad move.
              In PS - Can't help you with that.

              I usually don't do entire works of art in Photoshop. I often use MS Paint (Or the pencil tool) and add gradients for shading.
