      The whole video is seems to be on a 2X or something. If it were speed mods the music would stay at the same speed as normal but the arrows would be moving faster.

                      yes. it is someone playing thinking different.... and then speeding it up. and then putting gradeus music over it.

                                  You cannot get speed mods in the current version of FFR.

                                  FFR R2 has them, but it does not have all the songs that the original has.
