a good RPG
keep to the general rules, and some other things:
-the point of this game is to go as long as possible. so no "he spawned a nuke bomb and destroyed the whole island" posts
-don't write a whole adventure into one post
-you can involve other members in your posts, with certain restrictions:
a) you can add some dialogue from the other member, but don't make it too elaborate. "yes" and "no" are fine. "Tasslefoot zipped down his pants, started jumping up and down and yelling 'winky! winky!'" is obviously a bad example (Tass, take no offense from this)
b) you can also creation action from another character, but must also be limited - as shown above
-2 or more people can collaborate and make up their own story, but they must do their own actions only; we tried to make up each other's actions at VGDC forums, and it didn't go too well
-you can be just about anything you want - from an Animagus to an X-Men - but again, must keep the story going, as stated above
-you MUST narrate yourself when you post. don't just make other members' actions
well, i forgot some of the rules since VGDC Forums started this, so i might tack on as we go
These people determine if it's day or night, set up scenarios for others on occasions, and - althoug unofficial - have some Mod power over this thread. we can ask people to stop if their story is getting out of hand and is constantly ignoring us. if they don't, i give our "Mods" permission to ruin that member's story
