    ITT People recommend good music to meditate to.

    I meditate every night, but I haven't been able to meditate very well because of the one year old that's in my house. Can someone tell me some good music to meditate to?

          I think it would be hard to meditate if you're listening to music.
          There is a 50% chance your pillow will eat you while you are sleeping.

              When I listen to certain music, it calms me down, so I was hoping that people knew of really mellow music that's good to listen to if you're trying to sleep or think, or meditate.

                  Individual songs would be Lucid Bass II and I by Flashbulb, play II first and THEN I. Other then that, I like acid jazz such as Mark Farina.

                          Dj Shadow. He'd be good for that. Look for stuff from his first album though "Entroducing". Songs like "Building Steam With a Grain of Salt" and "Midnight in a Perfect World".

                                      Boards of Canada, but it's not really meditation that's going to get you anywhere if you listen to music. I also meditate every night.

                                          I'm meditating right now while listening to Kaizers Orchestra.

                                          Next I will meditate to The Berzerker.

                                          It's rather easy.

                                              Oh man I haven't listened to Sigur Ros in a long time...
                                              But yeah, I stand by Mark Farina. Especially his Mushroom Jazz series, I love it.

                                                          It might be newgrounds, but I highly recommend the Zora's Domain, Kirby Shiver Star, and The Rainbow Road songs, they calm me down so I think they'll help you.
