      To answer your question though, only admins can make new groups, and I believe that only admins can add new members to groups as well.

          I thought that if they make you "group leader" that you can add members? Or is that not possible here?

              I'm not sure...

              It doesn't really matter though. Any group leaders for groups would likely just be an admin anyway.

              And it also doesn't matter because even if group leaders can add members, the staff definitely isn't going to let every random newb make their own group and be group leader of it.

                  What sort of group could he have possibly wanted to make anyway?

                  Probably an "I HELP U PLAY BETA NEWBIE BEWN!!!!!" group.

                      I think he was banned for spamming about his MP team, so that's probably what he wanted the group for.

                      Not that it would really do anything anyway. Not like TWG members are identified with custom titles or something. I suppose he could want a forum just for his team, but that's dumb... can you imagine how many ****ty forums for individual teams there would be? Not a problem for the average user, as they wouldn't see them all, but admins would.
