Breaking **** apart ain't my thang. I'm an Aerospace Engineer (in training), so I'm forced to take a Material Sciences course. I don't need to know how to take things apart, nor even most of the specifics of how to put them together. I just need to know "DURR DUR METALLIC BONDS CONDUCT ELECTRICITY DURR DURR"

Right now we're focusing on imperfections in crystalline solids, which includes allows. So, yeah. I just know that AuAl2 has metallic bonding, and ****ty secondary bonds with the Al2.
