        Try something with a bit more versatility, like FL Studio. From there, roam around the internets and find some quality VSTis to give you the right sound for your music.

                If you don't know what a VSTi is, you shouldn't be making music in this genre.

                            I used to make music entirely by sampling.

                            I ended up making a couple tracks primarily from samples of a vacuum I recorded on an $11 mic 8)

                            I completely whore out VSTs and my synth now though. I should do some more sampling, it's fun.

                                And Rai, I'm totally into sampling, and I went through a period of time when I was very RJD2ish, sampling and beating and splicing and the bit. Nowadays I just have serious issues with finding what I'm looking for through youTube or something else, since I don't have the hardware to do audio streams from like a TV or something. Pisses me off really.
