There are forums at the very bottom of the index for song and file submissions.
Remember, you must have permission from the song or file author (or be the song or file author) to submit their work.4th Official FFR Tournament - Master division champion!

hi19: except that someone performed it. the work itself is public domain... the performance likely is not.
so you need the performers permission.
otherwise i'd have about 10 other awesome classical pieces for FFR. instead of just the ones that we've gotten added recently.RIPComment

Rhapsody in Blue is NOT public domain... it was composed in 1924. Public Domain is either 1923 and earlier or before 1923... regardless, 1924 !< 1923.
Sorry.RIPComment

Re: Where can I suggest a new song to be added?
I'll try somehow to contact whoever it is that owns the rights to the piece then. If that's possible. Also, a song by apex twin, used in the infamous "Rubber Johnny" would also be sweet steps I think. Though, I'm sure they'd be easier to contact.
Also, the 1923 issue, in 2007, will public domain be moved to 1924, or is it strictly just 1923 and earlier, regardless of how many years pass by?Comment

easier to contact... yes. NOT easy to get a) a reply from and more importantly b) an affirmative response
and I believe it stays at 1923... not 100% sure though. I'm sure you can find the answer to that on google or wikipedia under public domain.RIPComment
