Depression... what to me to do?

In September has suddenly died my aunt, and it was to me as native mother.
I have not uttered any teardrop though it there was a greater loss! Also has begun: the FEAR is has started to operate me, instead of me. There are no forces - ABSOLUTELY! I should sit, stand, something to do. I feel constant weariness. Contrary to to all I WISH to live, I do not wish to be the madwoman!

Is English your secondary language? That aside, I really don't know.
Crying it out helps, though. Dont bottle it in.

Stuffing your face in a pillow then screaming helps...

Talk about it, crying, seeing a councilor helps also. Heh, if only other people were like me. If all my family members died, I would feel sad, but I wouldn't cry. I am like super-man when it comes to psycological issues. Almost nothing ever bothers me.

Yeah, I think it is her second-language, but anyways.
Spyke is right. Don't bottle those feelings up inside, because that will
lead you into becoming even more depressed.
If you have a close family or friends, talking about it will help release the drepression a bit.
          Who is you?!
