I am pissed about this. I have been waiting on this for about 3 years. Tenacious D announced it a few years ago, and it was continuously delayed. I thought it was dropped. Then, about two months ago, I saw a trailer online. I am was so happy, then became sad really quick. This comes out November 17th. I am in Germany until January 7th. I was planning on seeing this multiple times on opening day and have been planning to do so with a friend since the day it was announced on that cold winter morning, perhaps three years prior to where I stand now.
But, there is going to be a new CD with it. I am looking forward to that. Also, I am searching for a theatre that will have this on opening day and in English somewhere near Berlin. I hope so, if not, I might consider crying.
P.S.
This is not a "Jack Black Movie".

Meh, Jack's movies are decent, but usually aren't worth a whole lot of excitement IMO.
I'll probably end up going to see this one, it looks half decent.
