I find this funny, as it seems to be quite out of their field.Originally posted by ArticleThe Federation of American Scientists — which typically weighs in on matters of nuclear weaponry and government secrecy declared Tuesday that video games can redefine education.Originally posted by Tokzicis the repetition of the last line a metaphorical comparison of the dependance of society on technology today versus the more natural lifestyle of the late nineteenth century

WAIT! GAMES MAKE YOU MULTITASK AND QUICKLY SOLVE PROBLEMS IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS, SOMETIMES UTILIZING TEAMWORK AND THINKING HARD ABOUT THEM!?The theory is that games teach skills that employers want: analytical thinking, team building, multitasking and problem-solving under duress.
THIS IS NEWS TO ME!So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.
So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.
Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =OComment

Re: Let's get edumacated by playing video games.
When I was between the age of 3-5 years old my parents used games like Mario and Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past to teach me how to read.
It works, omg.One of the original members of the xqsite + FFR community.
