    Need a Favor (Musical Talent Required 8))

    Every year during our Homecoming week we have a pep rally and a parade that night where each class and the art club creates a float that's pulled on a big truck and flat through the town to a bonfire. I've been in art club 3 years, this year i'm president, so i'm going to take it upon myself to get some kickass music. This is where I think that musicians on the webiste (perhaps yourself) could give me a little bit of help.

    Our theme this year is old school arcade. We're putting Mario, Sonic, Zelda, Galaga, PacMan, and Tetris on our float. I'm hoping the float will be really, really cool, and I want some good music to go with it. If anyone's interested, I would really appreciate if someone could make a 20 or 30 minute mix of the theme songs or their remixes for me. (I'm thinking even the Zelda song that's on FFR would be good as an opening of the mix.) If wanted, I could make a poster advertising you and your website and put it on our float. (There will be hundreds of people viewing this thing.)

    If more than one person would like to submit something, that's great, because I really want something that sounds amazing.

    edit: Incase anyone was wondering, the parade is near the end of November (around the week before Thanksgiving), so that's when i'd need it by.

      End of November. Lots of time. Don't count on me, but if I do work up something I'll post again.

      Does anyone suggest any good recording/mixing software? (I'm doing my own stuff on guitar and have all the hook ups for my computer finally)

          A remix would be cool. We need something like upbeat and something people can dance to because its kind of a pep rally thing.

                                  You mean have a different person do each song? I'd prefer it was all in one long mix, so if you want each person to do a different one, have one main guy take all of them and put them together so that the music keeps consistently coming out of the stereo, because no one will have time to skip tracks if they're separated. It's really hectic on the float, and there's a ton of people in art club this year.

                                          Yeah thats why I was posting it a month and a half before I need it >_> But whatever way it's made is cool, as long as something doesnt sound like ****. If I don't like the way one of them sounds, i'll go to whoever made the best mix and ask them to re-do that one, so hopefully i'll get all of the songs at least two weeks before the parade.

                                                          Just letting you all know, i'm going to need the music by like November 20th or so, so that leaves about 24 days. I'd appreciate if you could give it to me earlier so I can make sure everything's suitable for the parade and stuff.
