                  theres no way you could pass payon 2 with timing that bad. No way. You slowed the music down a shat load didn't you?

                  A on uber rave is really easy to do compared to beating payon or B'ing this.

                                              *major edit* omfg i'm so freakin mad at my bro...in light of reach's comment i decided to check my system settings and i found out to my dismay that both the life and judge diffulty settings were at 1...my chickenwuss bro snuck on my comp and changed the settings >.<
                                              so i changed both of 'em back to 4 and sure enough i back at square 1 and can't beat it, although i can get really far...

                                              so...yeah..as the the title suggests this wasn't suppose to happen
